100% Nebbiolo. Machine harvested fruit. Cool ferment in stainless steel tank with inoculated yeast.

Made in a dry savoury style.

Colour: Pale peachy pink

Bouquet: Fresh vibrant aromas of fresh raspberries, crunchy red apples, lemon drops and a hint of fresh herbs straight from the garden. There are subtle hints of both creamy and savoury notes to add complexity.

Palate: A smooth rich and flavorsome front palate that you’ll want to keep sipping.  Fresh raspberry, red apples followed by a savoury and complex mid palate with texture and weight. Crunchy acidity thanks to the Nebbiolo, provides a fresh, long, and vibrant finish.

Food Pairing: Delicious as an aperitif for the summer months, or great with cheese and charcuterie, grilled salmon or chicken or a homemade paella.
