Fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the night. Pressings were fined and then added back to the free run juice. A cool ferment in stainless tank followed.

Colour: Light pale straw

Bouquet: Classic Great Southern Riesling aromas of crisp citrus, enhanced by subtle floral notes. 

Palate: 3drops Riesling is celebrated for its lively and aromatic character. On the palate, it opens with generous lime and grapefruit flavors, supported by hints of mineral and herbal notes. The interplay of bright fruit, crisp acidity, and mineral complexity creates a wine that is both vibrant and elegant.

With its well-defined structure, the wine offers great length, persistence, and a refreshing, crisp mouthfeel. Its acidity and structure suggest excellent aging potential, allowing it to evolve beautifully over time.

Food pairing: 3drops Riesling is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with seafood, Asian dishes, or light salads. For those who prefer aged wines, cellaring it for at least ten years will reveal lovely honeyed notes as it develops.
